Managed all Imports, Exports, and Distribution operations for the business nationwide (Peru) of cell phones, and cell phone accessories.

Represented MYPES (Micro y Pequeña Empresas) Small and Medium business to the BVL (Bolsa de Valores de Lima) in order to obtain investing capitals. Helped those businesses to improve their inventory activities and managing operations.

As a CSR I was responsible for helping customers with automotive problems as well as to keep updated inventory within the store. I kept inventory display organized according to the store’s planagram and quickly helped customers determine which parts they needed by using the Znet system to do diagnostics and other physical tools as multitesters, starter testing machines, and other automotive equipment.

English Private Tutoring & Related Services(Jan. 2016 - Current)

Privately provide couching and teaching of the English language in all levels & other related services:

1. Help students to learn the English language.

2. Provide translation services.
3. Provide services as an interpreter.
4. Prepare students for tests such as TOEFL & IELTS.

Flexi Service & Repair L.L.C./Flexi Compras Corporation

Service Center Manager (Apr. 2011 - Dec. 2012)

I helped the company in the following areas:

Service & Repairs Operations:

Developed an overall strategy and mission for the Service Department which was run as a sister company for Flexi Compras. Flexi Service & Repairs LLC: was designed to repair electronic devices from Flexi Compras stores located within Wal-Mart, Best Buys, among other big retailer stores.

Synergy:

The repair centers were designed and optimized to run as part of the Distribution Centers for better Reverse Logistics practices.

Cash& Savings:

The repairs were budgeted and were managed to work closely with key suppliers, as a result, the Service Department represented significant savings for Flexi Compras.

Management:

Use of available technologies for better management practices and supervision. The Service Center implemented TQM (Total Quality Management) which helped to reduce significantly the number of defective repairs and TAT (Turn Around Times) for the items sent for repairs to FSR (Flexi Service & Repairs) compared to third party repair shops.

Designed and implemented a comprehensive solution for computer repairs and multimedia equipment. With team of 11 technicians, productivity increased together with the TAT (Turn-Around-Time) for repairs. I managed the productivity flow, coordination, integration and improvement of the computer stations while designing a Service Center for Flexi Compras Corporation.
