Call Center: Accomplishments

First, I increased sales by over 150% between 2022 and 2023. Currently growth is increasing organically. Additionally, I helped the operations team improve current processes by mapping activities and implementing a continuous evaluation program. Finally, I attend international events where companies have presence to listen to customer concerns and helped both, the production department—to have relevant parts available, improve their stock minimum—and customers with their procurement of parts to save money last year and this year.

I am skilled in managing, forecasting, business operations, Spanish (native), and English (advanced).
